  By far the most exceptional customer service that I have ever experienced!!!!! I went to the cricket in south valley mills Waco, TX, got the absolute worst service i ever could experience. When I walked in she handled 4 other customers all while training an employee!! Did everything for me the other store said they could not do. Switched over two lines while also helping another client set up apps, pay a bill, and setting up my HBO max all day at the same time. After the south Waco location told me there was no way for me to access my lines and I could just activate whole new lines! This woman deserves a raise!!! And every rep and manager should be put under her wing for training purposes before being introduced to the public!!!!!! She was the manager i can not remember her name at the moment but she was awesome she was the manager she has to lover her jobbbbbb!!!

  I just want to say thank you to these ladies, Ara, Rosie and Felicia! These 3 ladies helped us out so much after a different cricket completely screwed us over. They fixed everything the other store messed up in less than 30mins. I couldn't be more grateful for all there help. THANK YOU 5 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟
