  I went to Wingstop 9/19/26 after work around 8 or 9. Ate my food and was sick for a few days. In the lobby they didn’t have any ice in the machine. So I wasn’t able to get ice either. They filled the ice up when I was heading out. But the bottom line is I feel like they poisoned me. It seemed like young kids working back there. I wouldn’t recommend anyone go here. I don’t think I can ever do Wingstop again anywhere after that.

  We used to eat wingstop all the time it was always fast , hot and awesome. Well the past 3 tomes we have tried eating there some short little lady comes to the counter to let us know we will be on an hour wait or longer. Well appreciate the heads up but she is really rude about it and really who wants to wait an hour when the place only has a couple of tables. Before they would have a full house and to go orders and service was still always friendly and fast . Well not sure what they have goin on but hope they get it fixed for other people because 3 times is enough for me.

  Wingstop is one of my favorite fast food places. I get food there a lot. Not anymore after tonight. They forgot to put the ranch in my delivery order, and then refused to do anything to make it right. The manager said I could come by in the next 7 days and get the missing ranch, like that is going to make it better. I wouldn't eat at wingstop at all if they didn't have their signature ranch. The manager's name is Misty, and she was extremely rude (as other reviewers have noted) and said corporate policy was that they couldn't remake orders or give refunds. Doordash even sent a driver to the store to redeliver the order after they called the restaurant to confirm, then told the driver when they got there that they would only give the ranch....1.5 hours after the first delivery. I guess Misty wants the customers to get food poisoning from eating food that's been sitting at room temp for hours. I guess remaking an order due to a mistake on their end is too much to ask. I hope the general manager sees this so they can find someone who is a competent manager.
