Pete Munoz was the best, in helping us get informed on our new policies. He was patient, and slowly walked us through the whole process, encouraging us to ask any questions, and take as much time as we needed. He spoke slowly and clearly, and followed through on all of the things that he promised us. Thank you, Pete!
