  Got to the store at 9:50, walked in he says we are not open, I said oh ok what time do you open? He said in a few, after a minute he said the sign is on the door I open at 10, first of all why could you have not just said that to begin with and if you are not open why is the door unlocked!!! Extremely rude and unprofessional!

  Had a customer service guy that went above and beyond. Thanks be to God. I was comfortable and he wasn't pushy like some. Paid attention got me exactly what I needed. His name is Ricardo. He's an asset to the company. This is the Rio Grande at STore. Will be back
