  Bought an electro Frost blast personal cooling device . Would only blow cooler inside an air-conditioned building you step outside and it quits cooling and has very low airflow and it was claimed to be a powerful pocket. Size cooling device. Bought it at noon. Tried to return it at five , They said the manager wasn’t there to bring back in two days brought it back to return it. They wouldn’t accept it and they don’t back their products. Try to return it another cricket dealer they would have refunded money, but it has to be refunded at the store. It was purchased at would never buy anything from cricket again.

  I went into cricket off lone tree road to get a quote on how much it would be for me to get service with cricket as soon as I walked in I was greeted by the employees right after Lyna came up to me and asked if she could help me and she totally did I have 5 lines and she made it all a smooth process my kids were able to get the phones they wanted thank you so much again Lyna I highly recommend y'all visit them at the cricket on lone tree very nice and professional employees I didn't get the other employees names but they were all very sweet and helpful they worked as a team to be able to help me faster thank y'all so much
