  We have always had great service and success with our agent. We have gone into their office and all our issues are given the upmost attention and resolved respectably, professionally, and in a timely manner. Hat's off to the Allstate Conrad Kofron Agency. Only issue is the claims department, very frustrating to work with representatives that don't really care about your coverage issues. Like I mentioned before, our agent is one of the best.
