  Stopped by this store in Valley View, Tx today and ordered a simple BLT footlong. The young man making the sandwich placed four pieces of bacon on paper to warm it up. I stopped him by asking how many pieces of bacon go on the footlong (knowing it is four per six inch), and the older woman working with him confidently stated, it’s 2 slices per 6 inch. I told her it was supposed to be 4 per six inch. She said you can get extra but you’ll have to pay extra. Instead of arguing I simply asked to change my order to a chicken bacon ranch. The young man began making the sandwich and put two pieces of bacon together in the middle of the sandwich. I asked him to spread the bacon out on the sandwich. This confused him and he moved both pieces to one end. I then asked him to separate the bacon; one on each side. The lady asked how many pieces of bacon do you want. I asked how many come on it? I then again asked how many come on the blt, then she states, “I’m not sure, we don’t make those often.” So this lady wanted to charge me extra for something she wasn’t sure about? Do better ma’am. If you’re not sure, look it up, you should have a guide for each sandwich. Or you could Google it. I ended up furious and told them to cancel the order and walked out.

  Went in about 40 minutes before closing. Wanted 2 12" and 1 6". Had to repeat that and everything else at least 3 times. Said they only had 2 slices each of 2 types of cheese. Asked if they could get more from the back and were told they would do it when they opened the next day. Lady acted spaced out and rude. Sure didn't hold up to their ads. Would not recommend this location to anyone.👎
