  Oh they got there shiiii together for spurs game days, places an order it was ready 10 min later 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽

  My order of 8pc combo was a disaster the chicken was old and cold it was only that they reheated it and it was very crispy and to finish they didn't put the right sauce it seemed that they only threw sauce on top they left it super wet and greasy

  Every single time I order from this Wingstop, something is missing or wrong.. Especially tonight our order was over $80 paid extra for extra dressings and come home to 4 small dressings with 50 wings .. I called up to the store and the kid offered a replacement, but then I have to drive all the way back to the store while my food gets cold.. I honestly can’t remember one visit where they actually got the entire order correct.. The staff behind the counter act completely uninterested, rude, and unorganized, and customer service is basically nonexistent.. It feels like nobody is paying attention to what’s going on.. Spending money here has become frustrating instead of enjoyable.. Management seriously needs to train their employees better and start checking orders before handing them out..

  I usually won’t complain on fast food employees but it’s ridiculous when you tell me my food’s gonna be ready at 8:30 and I’m not picking it up until 9:26. Once I get the food it’s cold, overly greasy and just not the quality I’m looking for when I think of wingstop. I think, taking too many orders without the proper system to produce them is the problem here. Employees are not at fault it’s who ever is running this establishment.
