  I needed to mail out sense documents and a return label. The tech at this location guided me through creating labels on my phone which were over $100 each. I then left to grab the additional items I needed and returned to a different upstairs to finish the process to which I was informed that the labels couldn’t be used for what I needed to do. The other location fully helped me but now I’ve been on the phone with ups for 40mins trying to get a refund for the unused labels. I’m not happy about it as I went into the store for help and ended up wasting money.
