Visited this Subway on Thursday evening around 7:30 PM (March 26, 2026) with my wife, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing.
The restaurant was completely empty when we walked in. We approached the counter and were looking over the menu, preparing to place our order. After telling my wife what I wanted, I stepped away to use the restroom, which was located just around the corner.
At that point, the employee behind the counter stopped me and said the restrooms were locked and that I had to order food first before using them. My wife immediately explained that she was there and about to place the order for both of us. The employee responded, “I know it’s stupid, but that’s the rules in this store.”
We were both confused—again, the place was completely empty, and we were actively in the process of ordering. I explained that I needed to use the restroom right away and that my wife was ordering, but the situation only escalated. A manager then came out with an attitude, became rude, and was dismissive instead of trying to resolve the situation professionally.
At that point, we decided this was not a place we wanted to spend our money.
It’s unfortunate because this location has clearly gone downhill over the years. Customer service was poor, and the overall experience was unwelcoming.
I would strongly recommend going elsewhere—places like Chick-fil-A or even Little Caesars treat customers with far more respect.
