  They sold me a phone that stopped working 3vweeks later. They were rude and provided super slow service. I asked for their cheapest phone and she charged me $189. I think she pocketed the rest.

  Don't ever go to this location and better yet, don't ever use Cricket. They will sell you the trashiest phone and not tell you about the 7 day return policy. We showed up on day 8 and they said that they couldn't help us at all even though we've been customers for years. They refused to help us even get a deal on a new one even though we've got plenty of upgrade deals. Seriously, DO NOT GO HERE.

  Tammy at this store was so nice! I was disgruntled about something and she handled it well! Very professional and polite. Should be promoted!
