  Paid over $300 for a small package with guaranteed next-day delivery, only for it to arrive late. UPS blamed the delay on "weather," even though conditions were fine in both the sending and receiving cities. When I complained, they simply pointed to a waiver I signed and took no responsibility. Very poor customer service and no value for the premium price paid. I could have spent around $30 on regular shipping and received the same result. Extremely disappointing experience. Never using UPS again.

  They have a wonderful team. Tiffany, the manager, does a great job attracting talented people. Everyone was very helpful, especially with printing, notarizing and sending me a document I needed for a state application.

  Employees are always courteous and efficient. Service is quick even if they are busy. Not a single complaint, and I have pretty high expectations when it comes to customer service.

  Very very quick with their service, I tend to have to come here for returns or shipping items but it's very great place for quick returns and fast shipping
