  I had a really positive experience at this UPS Store. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my visit, and they made the process easy and straightforward. I appreciated how efficiently everything was handled and how willing they were to answer my questions and make sure I understood everything. The store was clean and organized, and I felt welcomed and taken care of from the moment I arrived. I found the staff extremely helpful, as I accidentally brought my package that was for USPS instead of UPS, the staff saw that it wasn’t packaged in a way the USPS store would accept, so she packed the bag for me completely even though she didn’t have to at all. It was an amazing experience and the staff went out of their way to do something they didn’t have to in order to help me. They aren’t just doing the bare minimum they’re going above and beyond for each customer. Overall, it was a convenient and pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend this location to friends or family.

  I went into this location to ship an old Louisville Baseball bat home. I went in with nothing but the bat and my wallet. They were helpful from start to finish. They didn't even talk about the packaging and I had a wedding to get to, so I trusted the experts. That was on a Saturday. They told me it would ship on Monday and arrive on Thursday; and it did. I was beyond pleased with the packaging and the condition my item arrived in. I'll definitely be back when I visit town again.

  Amazing service! I called the national UPS hotline first and got absolutely nowhere, but Vanessa at this store is a true rockstar. She helped my wife with our issue, and resolved it far better than the corporate office could. This place is fantastic, and their customer service is top-tier. Thank you, Vanessa!
