He was so helpful, patient, and professional, even while the store was busy. He took the time to answer my questions and made sure everything was taken care of. Great customer service is hard to find, and Jay truly went above and beyond. Love him!
- DDDonMay 29, 20261.0!GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Unless you are just dropping off. Went to get color copies and a color scan on a USB. The first time the scan was in Black & White even after the girl checked it to make sure it was correct. She said is was good but didn’t notice it wasn’t in color. I called them to see if they were able to scan in color and was told they could and it must have been defaulted to Black and White. Drove 30 miles back. I told her to be careful with it because it was an original Will. She wasn’t careful at all. They scan it again for me. A different girl and the manager helping her. She handed it back after scanning and didn’t check it. Got home and nothing was on my drive.

She knew just what to for each one, including taping up.our box. She was so delightful. Can't say enough good things about her patience.
