    The food was great. My issue was with the delivery. They used a company called Door Dash. Door Dash did not bring my complete order. I contacted Door Dash who wanted to charge me $70 to join their group in order to resolve the issue. Subway needs to find a better option for deliveries. They need to revise how they deliver their products. And no I can't just go pick it up. I am a paraplegic and can't drive.

    The young lady working tonight was so kind and helpful as my husband and I picked up our orders. Our interaction was short and simple but her customer service was much appreciated and noticed.

    Placed an order for pickup and the 2 “sandwich artist” were about to let me leave without one of my sandwiches. They had a sign on the counter but didn’t even notice that till I came back in to let them know I was missing a sandwich. Her excuse was “we thought it was a DoorDash” so even still was going to let DoorDash take a hit on their mistake. I received a full refund upon request. Also did not get drinks on other orders I was picking up as well for my coworkers and their sandwich’s were wrong as well. This subway needs to brought back up. I don’t believe any of these reviews. Just keep going another mile down towards Beckham. They’ll get you set

    We made a mobile order and we arrived a little early waiting on our order. Instead of making the mobile orders after complaining he had multiple orders come in he put all the mobile orders to the side and started taking orders in line that showed up afterwards. Now its way past the pickup time and our order hasn't even been touched Edit.. still waiting over 20 minutes after they were supposed to be done a lady finally showed up to work supposedly late. Didn't bother even taking her bag off her back or washing hands nor gloves and started messing the bread and other items. Were still waiting on our food. Edit.. after waiting 33 minutes after the scheduled time to pick our food up it was finally ready. This location is poorly ran and I will never be back nor recommend this location to anyone!
