  I came to this location to pick up my order that I previously ordered before arriving and upon arrival Ms. Bessie announced to me and other customers that the oven was out so sandwiches could not be toasted. I proceeded to see if I could receive a refund and she called to see what options she could do. Despite the feedback provided to her I opted to go ahead and get my sandwich, she went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied even without being able to get my sandwich toasted. Please make sure she is compensated and given the utmost respect because she definitely deserves it.

  I had never been to this Subway before. I will go here for now on. The manager Bess and Faith had excellent customer service skills, smiles and all. The salad and sandwich was made exactly the way we wanted them and it was sooooo delicious😋 Thank you all for being so polite......

  They didn't have onions, crispy onions, cheese sauce, or flat bread. Then they went skimpy on everything they put in there. Like exactly six meatballs on my foot long, not a lot of bell peppers which I asked for extra. Then the bread wasn't even toasted very well. I don't like it burnt but at least change the texture of the bread, was barely warm 10 minutes later.

  First off let me start by saying Bessie was warm and friendly and is one of the most amazing food service handlers I have ever had the pleasure of meeting!! She deserves a 50 star rating alone, she went above and beyond for my order and when all hope looked lost she made it happen anyway! My Sandwich was the Steak Egg and cheese and it was sensational! This store will definitely be my place at least once a month!!
