I wanted to order 2 sandwiches that were on sale, but I was told they had to be made the same as the picture. So I said I would pay full price to have them the way I wanted. She told me I couldn’t do that. (Even though I was willing to pay twice as much to get them the way I wanted). THAT WAS SO STUPID. I said I’d just go somewhere else that knew what they were doing. I don’t believe the manager would have approved of her attitude. I will never set foot in that Subway and will encourage others to find a different Subway that encourages customer service. I went to Schlotzkys. It was fabulous.
