One of the Employees was pretty nice, he was friendly and helpful, the rest didn't talk. The bathrooms were disgusting, dirty and stunk. Has been that way the last couple times ive been there. Its convenient to the hospital.

I placed an order on the app, chose the wrong location. Tried to call their number multiples times and it is not working and I spent money that I cannot get a refund on. Subway has no number corporate wise I can call either.

The food was horrible. They didn’t get my order right at all and the piece of turkey had this black stuff on it. Also, when we went in the drive-through it’s really sketchy. It’s all the way in the back of the store where you can’t even see it.

The first Subway I visited in Texas operated quite differently from any other location I’ve been to, and I found it very off-putting. They had run out of essential items, including ice, which was surprising. I don’t plan to return and will seek out other Subways in the area instead. I regret to say that my experience was unacceptable. I shared my concerns with the staff, who acknowledged that their service was unlike other locations. Additionally, the floors were wet and untidy, prompting me to leave.

It was a fun experience, Carlos L. really brighten my day up. He was a joy to talk with, he made mine and my friends sandwiches perfectly and had amazing customer service. He is working hard. I heard he had a kid on the way he definitely deserves a raise. The smile never leaves his face.
