  I DoorDash tonight whoever the gentleman was working. You really need to get your act together and read what was ordered. The lady that picked it up for me was the sweetest thing ever, but was informed that he threw the Receipt away and didn’t even make the sandwiches. On top of that he added mustard to a sandwich that did not need it along with olive, and then on the other sandwich added extra cheese, which did not ask for any cheese And did the wrong bread. I’m here in the hospital with my daughter and she hasn’t eaten for two days. This is the one thing that she requested. I’m so disappointed.

  I started my day in a great mood and ended up here trying to find whoever is the one responsible for hiring the manager that was not only rude but disrespectful i only have a few minutes out of my break to buy lunch and desperately needed to use the restroom the lady who said was the manager had a terrible attitude about everything I would of left the store but needed to use the restroom she refused to be if any helo saying I would have yo wait that she cant find the key and said she woukd have to find it. Courtesy goes along way the way she said it was so rude that my coworkers wanted to leave but I still had to use the restroom I can't stand when people have to take it out on the customers when they're having a bad day I asked to speak to the manager but she said she was the manager and I said I will find a way to let someone know I will never come back here I honestly made a mistake I even lost my appetite I left without buying anything and I'm requesting she gets fired she was terrible at providing customer service what a shame I really was looking forward to my hot honey spicy collection I hope she gets fired service was trash who do I talk to about this ?

  No consumer service. there was a new manager she had a big attitude as soon as me and my grandma got there. I asked for extra lettuce she said “I can’t I got to work with what I have” . Over all the costumer service was horrible there . I’ve never went to a subway as bad .
