  The drivers for Tyler have no regard for what they are delivering. From our Ring video, we have watched three larger packages over the past couple of months literally get dropped. The drivers will have the box on their shoulder and then drop it down to the patio. The corners of the boxes are being destroyed and then of course damage to the product inside. Get a dolly if it's too heavy or at least try to protect what is being delivered.

  If I could give FedEx a zero star review I would THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE THIS IS THE SECOND TIME MY ITEMS ARE MISSING THEY GOT MY PACKAGE FROM WHERE IT WAS COMING FROM BUT THEY DECIDED TO HOLD IT FOR ANOTHER WHOLE DAY AND WHEN IT GETS DELIVERED I OPENED MY PACKAGE AND THE ITEM IS MISSING THEY HAVE THE AUDACITY TO JUST SEND ME THE TRASH! I know it’s them I have ordered stuff from different companies and I don’t think that the companies are the ones doing this all the companies?!?! THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THAT THIS COMPANY DELIVERS MY STUFF AND ITS MISSING AGAIN SO UNPROFESSIONAL THEY NEED TO SHUT THIS COMPANY DOWN. I don’t have no issues with any other company but FEDEX. And I order stuff all the time but only when FedEx is delivering my items something happens! How strange huh.

  The most incompetent delivery company out there and so lazy. I dont like that some company use them with out telling you. my package went around in circles for 3 days when it was 20min from the drop off. I know it's supposed to be a "gas saving thing". I'm so disappointed in FedEx.
