  Got a package delivered from fedex, the box was crushed from what looked like excessive weight on top of it. I had to return the item because it was damaged beyond use due to the transit/delivery process. When I brought it back to return it, they said that the packaging wasn't up to their standards. It was in the exact state I had received it. I was forced to pay $17 for them to repackage it in order to return it. I am disappointed that they are allowed to deliver packages in such a state that they themselves will not take it back. How is it that the customers end up taking the financial burden of their processes?
