Went in for a phone and didn't get a receipt. No free accessories and paid for the screen protector and phone case. In the past, I've been offered those for free at Metro PCS (when purchasing and activating a phone in the store). Secondly, I do not have a car. I'm stuck with this phone and at $60/month on a fixed income. Thirdly, I didn't appreciate being pushed aside for an older guy to come in and talk to the person that was supposed to helping me. He didn't buy anything and the employees didn't seem to mind either. I waited patiently, in pain from walking all day. They didn't even notice.

Keely is the best! She helped me add an extra line a couple of weeks ago and I just drove by the store and remembered that I wanted to do this review, that’s how great she is. Very helpful and kind and patient.
