  I came to the store 3 weeks before my son was having a trip to Japan so see if there was a way for him to have service while his stay there for the next 2 months, as anyone would think it was necessary for us to make sure he would have phone and internet access since you need it to navigate and as translator on another country, Mr Damian Salvador (Tyler, Tx) told us there was no problem that he could provide us with an international pass that would be activated once he landed there, we talk about Japan for about 30 minutes while he was doing the sett up, when the date arrive and my son got to Japan it turned up that he had No Service, and so I came to the store for someone else to tell me cricket does not cover Japan, if Mr Salvador would have told us that since the beginning we would have gone to another provider who was able to help us out but since he gave us the wrong information my son’s stay in Japan hasn’t been as smooth thanks to Salvador since he can’t access to Google Maps, translator or anything, he has a brand new 17 pro that don’t have a service, it’s a shame that people can’t do their job, he didn’t paid attention and he might see it as a little mistake but far from that he made a very big negative impact, he should have some sort of training to be able to do his job as he is expected!

  This Cricket store offers an exceptional customer service! I went to change my phone number because I was getting too many spam calls and instead of just changing it, both Ignacio and the wonderful manager Kristal took the time to work on my phone and resolved the problem! Instead of just charging me for changing my phone number they took the time to find the issue on my phone and resolved it! Ignacio installed a function on my phone that blocked the calls and Krystal, assisted me on installing the Cricket app on my phone in order to find what was going on! Both of them worked together as a great team and offered an excellent customer service and fixed it! I highly recommend this Cricket store, a huge thanks to Krystal, you are an amazing store manager! and Ignacio for your incredible customer service! 5 stars!!

  Hello alrighty I'm giving a view on a Miss Crystal with a k at the cricket store I just want to say that she went above and beyond anything I could have ever hoped for as far as helping me I had numerous spam viruses anything that can go wrong with the phone possibly what's wrong with my phone and she got her magic wand and her huge amount of intelligence and got it all solved into the factory reset I believe is what she called it and my phone is like a new phone now I just got to have to put new numbers in it but that's the least of my worries now I know all my little trivial problems are gone and she is the reason that this all came true and she did a lot more than I ever had hoped for

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Krystal was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. She was able to put all of my devices and phone lines onto one plan, which saved me a significant amount of money on my monthly bill. What really stood out to me was that Krystal came back from her lunch early to assist me. She handled everything quickly and efficiently while taking the time to explain each step and make sure I understood the changes being made to my account. Krystal had a great attitude, was professional and friendly, and genuinely seemed happy to help. The entire process was easy and did not take long at all. I would definitely recommend going to see Krystal, the manager, for help with your cell phone, devices, or wireless plan. She provided excellent customer service, and I truly appreciate her help. Five stars!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a wonderful experience with Krystal, the manager at Cricket Wireless. I had several phones on different lines, and she was able to combine everything onto one plan and lower my monthly bill tremendously. Krystal was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and had such a great attitude. There was no wait time, and she immediately took the time to help me—even coming back from her lunch to assist me. She had everything taken care of within just a few minutes. She also went above and beyond by showing me a feature on my phone that allows me to use pictures from my camera roll to look things up. I had no idea this feature was available, and it was very helpful! I would definitely give Krystal 5 out of 5 stars. She provided outstanding customer service, saved me money, and took extra time to make sure I had everything I needed. It’s refreshing to receive this kind of customer service. Thank you, Krystal!😊
