  Great Service I had a great experience at Advance Auto Parts. The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Juve took the time to answer my questions and made sure I got exactly what I needed. Brandon went over and beyond . Offered to replace my battery and wipers. Excellent customer service and a great experience overall. I definitely recommend them!!

  I had an excellent experience at the Advance Auto Parts in Tyler, Texas. My truck was overheating and Mr. Juven Montelongo at Store #6023 added coolant and made sure my vehicle was safe to drive before I left. I recommend this location to anyone who is in need of parts. The staff is incredible. Five Stars!

  Juven Montelongo is absolutely…he took his time to explain what was needed for my brothers car and never did he make us feel like we were bothering him!!! We are forever loyal customers!!!

  Wow, these guys work fast and helped me out when I was in a pickle. Brandon was really attentive and helped me while also helping other customers in line and on the phone. Juven came in and helped with a warranty replacement on an altenator I really needed to replace. He even helped locate the order numbers and order the part for me when I told him the warranty was from out of state. These guys really do look out for you!
