  DoorDash-ed meal and the fries weren’t in my bag. I called the restaurant to handle the issue and they were not helpful and had an attitude. They first asked if I could just come pick up my missing fries, to which I responded that defeats the purpose of ordering DoorDash. And yes, they were aware it was a DoorDash order. Then they said they could just write my name down for another time….well I’ve REPEATEDLY had issues with the location - whether wait time or something missing from my order - so I will NEVER use them again. Then after kindly asking if I could be refunded for that part of my order, I was told they couldn’t do that but would credit me on my next order. So you get to make a mistake and not accommodate the customer…what great service! I am so done with this location. Luckily there’s another one equal distance away!

  I hard a problem with my order and typically customers are given solutions and are spoken to kindly, but Collin from the northlake store that was working at this location was extremely rude and unhelpful. He clearly needs training that is done at other restaurants on how to communicate and treat customers. I suggest he return to his home store or not work in a customer service role.

  We ordered for delivery tonight and the delivery person didn’t deliver the ranch. We called and Tyrell handled it great, we really appreciated him!! We will order again!

  Horrible service Tried to place an order at the location in Trophy Club, I was told that I couldn’t order in person and only order on-line. Not sure if the worker knows how to use the ordering machine. Not going back.

  Wingstop come on. I eat here maybe 1x a week for lunch. At this location they charged me $2 extra for all flats. I have never been charged additional for all flats. Has anyone else? Ans no seasoning on the fries. I asked for seasoning and they then told me it would be about 50cents for a tiny cup of seasoning when they didn't even put any on the fries. This location sucks. Never stopping at this one again. They dont even have ketchup out. You have to ask, and they give you 1. I'm afraid to ask for another one, they way want to charge me for that too.
