Tiensii Marine-Parker was very helpful and fast in meeting my needs...getting one vehicle swapped out for another on my policy

We've been with Josh for a few years now and have filed both a house claim and an auto claim. Both those experiences went surprisingly smoothly and payment settlements were issued immediately. Recently, I needed to explore the best options for additional cars/drivers. Tiensii (Sales Agent) was amazing, offered additional insights, and helped explore creative options. Tiensii is both competent and fun to talk to...that's refreshing.

Have had Allstate for the last 4 years and they have been great. Extremely easy every time I call them. They answer all my questions and help me resolve any issues I have.
