Ladies and gentlemen, new drivers of all ages, let me have your attention and lend me your ear. I had an experience which was worth experiencing and it comes by the way of a sweet young lady by the name of Tiensii.
This morning, my ire was up because of not getting a callback from my Allstate agent as I requested another, then today it happened, Tiensii called and asked how she could help me. Floored by her soft demeanor and calming voice and a smile you could see through the phone we laughed and BSed through the plans for home and auto, finding more ways to take advantage of my alleged good behavior. When we got to agreeable numbers, that’s when I realized it.
With Tiensii at the helm, we sailed through the process, all questions answered, all opinions noted and most importantly, all discounts applied. Her skill, expertise, knowledge and critically, her demeanor made what usually equivalent to a minor root canal a pleasure.
Ladies and gentlemen, let Tiensii be a testimony that the almost forgotten art of wonderful customer service has a steward. It will not be lost or forgotten because of her, one of the few. Managers, take notice end ensure due praise and exaltations deserved by such a fine steward of this precious, almost lost, art.
