  Ordered 5 garlic parm and 5 mild bone in wings. 3 of my garlic parm and 2 of my mild wings did not have sauce. Came out pretty quick tho

  I put an online order for 40 piece family pack and prepaid. When I got there the order was not ready as promised and was told they were working on it since they were running out of chicken. Therefore, waited for 20 min or more and when I came in to check the status of the order, was told there weren’t enough chicken… particularly that they had 25 left. No email or text updates. Time wasted! Very bad service! Then supposedly, they refunded me… I was given a receipt, but I do not see a refund… looks like a plain receipt. I tried calling multiple times and no answer. Then, someone finally answered but did not say “hello” and all I heard was faint conversation in the background.

  Not sure why so many negative reviews. I ordered at peak time on a Saturday night. The wait time for the order was quoted around 10 minutes, but it ended up taking about to 20. No big deal, it is just an estimate after all. The restaurant was clean, the young man at the counter were very courteous, and the food was hot and fresh. 10/10
