  I called in order for a 12 piece “boneless “ for my 8 year old and 2 year old , waited over an hour only to get home to 12 piece “bone in” and 2 very upset kids, never using this location again

  I put an online order for 40 piece family pack and prepaid. When I got there the order was not ready as promised and was told they were working on it since they were running out of chicken. Therefore, waited for 20 min or more and when I came in to check the status of the order, was told there weren’t enough chicken… particularly that they had 25 left. No email or text updates. Time wasted! Very bad service! Then supposedly, they refunded me… I was given a receipt, but I do not see a refund… looks like a plain receipt. I tried calling multiple times and no answer. Then, someone finally answered but did not say “hello” and all I heard was faint conversation in the background.
