The young man there is very helpful and respectful, the older lady YANED is very rude and treats her piers like crap. I walked in on her yelling at the young boy for putting a small amount of meat on a customers sandwich and saying it’s too much, yelling and causing a scene. The big remained calm, very unethical of Yaned
To whoever gets pregnant by the man that was working 05/22 at 1:17, you are in great hands. That man went above and beyond with making my sandwich. He even put a sweet note in the bag. That guy deserves a raise!

We ordered some subs for dinner through their app to be ready for pickup. When we went to pick up the doors were locked, lights were on but nobody was there. I called but received no answer. We waited 15 minutes and nothing. I went through their website to file a complaint and got an email stating it had been resolved ( I received no communication, food, or refund). I did this again with the same response. From this time into the next day I called six times and still received no response. We went to the shop when I got off work. One worker told me she didn’t work there and walked away. The other guy said “why you so upset bruh”. I’ve yet to hear from management for resolution. Contacting corporate is impossible. And subway wonders about declining sales??
Sunday at 6pm, told they ran out of bread and it will be at least 45 minutes to prep the bread before they can bake it? Need some better planning at this restaurant, a sub shop with no bread?

If could give less i would. Never in my life have i ordered so many times from a place and my order is never complete. Can the staff not read or follow an internet order? Do they need re training and learn how to speak to people. I order delivery and the delivery is incomplete for the 5th time. No drink no chips. I call the store and their solution come get it.
After I've paid a delivery fee, a service fee a tip you still screw up the order and offer no solution for your mistake. Subway needs to close this store or do better
