  I walk in and the woman working there is talking on her cell phone on speaker and working on hanging a sign. I wait a few minutes and finally ask her if she could please help me so I can get to work. She said yes and keeps on talking on her phone and trying to open her command strips to hang her sign. I ended up just leaving. This is not the first time that she seems not interested in helping customers.

  Ordered online just went up there and doors are locked. Looks opened but no one on site, checked bank and order went through. Awesome!

  I stop here sometimes on my way to work to grab lunch. The staff here does not care about their customers. I had to stop ordering ahead on the app because what they prepare is a mess if you’re not watching over them as they put it together. They had been doing fine with me ordering in person. However, today the tuna is awful. Visually you can tell it’s wrong. I’ve been eating tuna from subway for years and today it looks like they took it directly out the package and did not mix any mayo or anything in it. Customers are expected to just take whatever garbage they prepare. The problem is clear. The manager is the one who prepared it apparently. How is she expected to manage a team and she doesn’t do the right thing?? Very annoying. This location needs to do better. There’s a number on the receipt to a coaching manager and go figure the number is out of service. I may give this location one more chance only because it’s so convenient on my way to work but after the next time they screw up they won’t be getting any more of my business. I’ll travel out of my way to spend my money with another business that serves quality food.
