    Their menu said they had pepperoni and salami, what I tried to order, she said they didn't have either of those, the lady was very kind, but only had grilled chicken out of my whole order, NEVER going here again.

    Ordered a sub for pickup. Paid for 50% more turkey and they gave the regular amount, possibly even less. Ordered the Italian herbs and cheese bread, got the artisan Italian. Also ordered the meal and they did not have the drink ready for my husband who picked up the order. In the picture you can see three slices of meat, even though I paid $1 extra. Not worth it unless you’re there in person and can watch them make the sub.

    Had a mobile order and still had to wait for my sandwich to be made. To be fair it was busier than usual and it was made promptly when I was noticed. Sandwich was great and worth the short wait.

    The manager, Sarah, refused to explain the $5.99 promotion posted on the building and told me to hurry while I was calmly asking questions. When I said she was being rude, she pulled out her phone and recorded me. I was told the area manager was coming and waited 55 minutes, but no one ever showed up. Another employee even apologized to me. I also observed her being polite to other customers while she was dismissive toward me and another Black man, which made me feel treated differently. This experience upset me enough that I canceled the rest of my day and went home. I will not return to this location.

    Usually my go to Subway in town, but there's a new employee who does not do a very good job and you can definitely notice a huge difference to the point that when I order online and pull up and see its this employee, I immediately wish I ordered somewhere else unfortunately. There's no attention to detail on the extra this or that and multiple times now there's been ingredients completely left off mind you I only get 3 toppings to begin with. Also you can't get it toasted because the bread crumbles like a cracker but again only with the new employee.
