  I just had a wonderful conversation with Dee Reckelbus at the Rod Zelaya Allstate insurance agency. She was so helpful and she answered all of my questions about our home &auto insurance needs. I am changing both policies from State Farm to Allstate at a much lower cost and better coverage.

  I met with Dee Reckelbus concerning quotes for my homeowners, car and umbrella quotes. She went to work immediately obtaining the quotes and called me promptly to review once she had them. She went over each policy separately to make sure I was getting the same coverage that I already had. She provided suggestions that would provide me with the coverage I needed while saving some money. I have met with Dee prior on insurance and she is very proactive and calls me each year concerning my insurance renewal. I put a lot of my decisions on my insurance renewals not only just cost savings and coverage but also on the agent who I would be dealing with. Dee would definitely be a person I would feel comfortable working with. Unfortunately, for Dee I stayed with my current carrier because the pricing was similar and I informed her in the process that I would have to save enough money to change. I would recommend Dee to anyone that asked me for an insurance agent to speak with. Billy Hemby

  Liss Beltran was the agent that assisted me during this process. She made the decision to change companies effortless and clear. Not only did she save me money on my policies, but she explained everything very thoroughly. I would definitely recommend.

  Dee RECKELBUS went way beyond anything I expected from an insurance agency. Truthfully, I wasn't expecting Allstate to be competitive. I was so wrong! The rate literally saved me over $3000 on auto and homeowners combined. More importantly, Dee took the time to make sure I was getting the absolute best coverage at the best possible premium. Nothing short of outstanding!

  This insurance agency ranks at the very top of all agencies I have done business with during the past 45 years, My personal representative, Lisette Beltran, is the main reason. She takes the time to make sure everything is well with YOU and she is very good at her job. Unlike many of their competitors this agency takes care of you first before trying to sell you more products. This might be an old-fashioned approach but it builds a strong relationship and also builds confidence and satisfaction beyond my personal experiences with other agencies. I don't often make recommendations but I will with this agency...they are the best and I am confident you will not be disappointed.
