  Go to pay my bill @7:30 just before they close. And she asked me for my identification to pay for my phone bill after I give her my personal pin 4 digit number lmao never been asked for identification EVER 😞. Never going here again the employee here is horrible Why ask after u get a personal 4 digit pin number. Each store is different bc they are all not liseced with cricket wireless. DON'T FORGET YOUR IDEFICATION .

  I signed up for a $55 plan and was given a Samsung phone. Two weeks later, it shut off and wouldn't turn back on. I went to the store, and they told me it was junk—no refunds, no exchanges... Now I have to buy a new phone.
