  I've received solicitations for homeowner's insurance showing a picture of "my house", which is in fact my next-door neighbor's. I would not trust this agency with insuring a home they cannot identify. It is a good photo of their house, but I cannot begin to concieve of trusting my own home to an insurer who doesn't know which one is which.

  We had great experience working with this agency. We just walked into the office and Lauren was wonderful helping us find the best insurance policy to suit our needs. We considerably lowered our Homeowners and Auto insurance premiums with the same coverage by switching from Geico to Allstate. Our communication was easy, stress free, and very pleasant through the whole transition process.I would highly recommend this agency to anyone.

  Michelle was very helpful and friendly. She explained all of the coverage and cost changes in a way that helped me understand things better. I also appreciate her willingness to stay late to help me, since I'm usually working during business hours.
