  I was in the store earlier, and I believe one of the employees’ names was Sam, although I’m not completely sure. I noticed that he wasn’t contributing much, while a young woman was handling most of the work herself. I felt that this was unfair to her, especially since she seemed to be doing everything on her own. There was also another employee whose name may have been Koda—I only briefly glanced at her name tag—and I noticed that she also wasn’t contributing very much. I wanted to bring this to your attention because I believe all employees should be working together and helping one another rather than leaving one person to handle the majority of the responsibilities. I would appreciate it if you could have a conversation with your staff about teamwork and making sure everyone is contributing equally.

  When I went to pay for my order, I opened my Subway app to redeem my birthday offer for a free cookie. Turns out they don't participate in the app. Ok, so I closed the app and opened my Subway e-gift card someone sent me and GUESS WHAT! They don't take those either. Sandwich was ok but quite messy.

  The bread was crunchy flies everywhere and when I asked for a little bit of salt he poured a generous amount.. employees seemed careless
