  Just dropped off a letter to mail. At first, I asked for UPS service, and Allison, who was helping me, gave me the price. I agreed, but before paying, I changed my mind since the delivery wasn’t urgent, so I asked her if she could switch it to regular mail. She asked for support to cancel—not the transaction, since I hadn’t paid yet. Her attitude was really awful, even though I apologized for the change.
