  This location is great. Very helpful and friendly. We have another location closer to us but they never direct us in the right manner and always have misinformation so we drive further for this store!

  I came to print a poster, and I was told that the printer has been broken for over a year, but they could send it to another store and have it ready in 2 days. Since I didn’t need it urgently, I agreed. It has now been over a week, and I still haven’t received my poster, just one small poster, not 100. The manager won’t show up or take responsibility. UPS is great for many things, but for printing and customer service, this store has been the worst experience I’ve ever had.

  Your employee Jade was so kind and helpful when I needed help with a shipment! She was very patient with me and I felt very comfortable with her help and I hope she can be the one to help me from now on! Very grateful and I am glad to see your store has reliable employees like her and I look forward to coming again!
