The lady was amazing. She’s a one woman show very fast, friendly and efficient.
Sarah provided very poor service. While she didn’t have any direct issues with me, she was openly complaining about a previous customer to other guests and even said, “I was hoping her card declined,” which was extremely unprofessional.
When it was finally our turn, she appeared irritated—huffing and puffing—which made me feel uncomfortable placing my order. I didn’t feel like I could order the way I normally would because I didn’t want to be a bother, which shouldn’t be the case as a paying customer.
Customer service should remain professional regardless of prior interactions. Employees shouldn’t bring their frustration onto other customers or expect them to agree with negative comments about others. Overall, the experience was disappointing due to her attitude.

5/28/26 (9:42PM) - Cashier was extremely rude while preparing meal. Would constantly cut me and my sister off while we were trying to explain the order. We were both polite, But the cashier continued to over-explain steps that a customer should not have to worry about. As in the cashier had an attitude problem, and was trying to explain to me why the sauce should go first before adding the toppings in a very demanding way. My visit was pretty unsatisfactory. 1/10 rating for customer service.
