  I regret every time I come here. They consistently only have one employee working at lunch time. One person handling making sandwiches, check out, and mobile orders. The workers say management knows and doesn’t care. Showing line at lunch at one worker (not including me and my 5 sandwiches). I have frequently seen people leave the line bc taking too long.

  This isn’t the first time I’ve placed an order at 9 PM — both in person and through DoorDash — and either the driver tells me the restaurant is closed or the man working at night says he already closed and cleaned everything so he can’t serve anything. But your hours say you close at 10 PM. Cleaning should start at 10, not 9. If this is going to keep happening, then you should really change the business hours.

  Ordered a sandwich online and when I got there my sandwich was gone and the worker would not make me another. Very poor customer service.

  I truly appreciate the gentleman that made my order through door dash but we had some last minute changes and he didn't hesitate to take care of us! Im sorry I dont have your name but I hope you know who you are by reading this we had the tuna sandwich and meatball was out so we ordered the BMT to replace it. Thank you I know how it is I work in customer service myself.
