This guy, Luis Hernandez, hanged up while we were in the middle of negotiating home insurance prices because I wouldn’t add and bundle car insurance. Their deceptive marketing mail quotes over $1K less than what he wanted me to pay. Reason is for not “bundling” which ends up costing the same compared to my current auto insurance and when I said I wasn't interested in car insurance, he hanged up. This agency is a joke. Pay attention to reviews people.

Same as others with phishing emails and bulk mailers offering prices that were not obtainable.
All hype and no substance.
Shop around and find a reputable insurance company that will meet your needs in time of a crisis or need.
They use Drones and AI to do the work and don't even send out a human person to do an inspection.

This poor-excuse-for-an-agent sends out misleading letters regarding the cost of Allstate Homeowners Insurance. My neighbor has the same size house as mine and his insurance with Allstate is over $3,000.00. Luis Hernandez send me a letter stating my insurance would be an estimated $1,200.00. You know this is price is phony bait and switch. I think he should be reported to the Oklahoma Insurance Bureau for fraud. Everyone knows Allstate is a phony insurance company. Read the other reviews for this charlatan.
After receiving a mailer with a quote and a reference for the quote, I contacted the agency. Got Josh on the phone. I started asking questions about the quote on the mailer, Josh became irritated after every question. I finally realized it was not an actual quote, but bait for me to call and ask for a quote. It was deceptive, and I was not happy that they were baiting me. Josh was also very irritated with me, so much that he called me a D*CK. Yes, he did. Beware of this agency. I also reached out to Luis Hernandez, the agent (and Josh's brother, so he said) via email, he failed to reply. I wouldn't do business with any business that is this unprofessional.
