  I used to love Allstate but honestly I don’t feel taken care of anymore. Anytime I speak with an agent from this team, it just feels like they don’t care about my call at all. I’m switching insurance agencies because I just can’t support this anymore. I’ve called them several times over the last year because I didn’t have access to my online account for quite some time, so it was the only way I could continue making payments. I asked how to help with this several times over the course of months and the agents didn’t know how. In this economy everyone is struggling and I would rather give my hard earned money to a company that actually cares about their clients. In this world kindness goes a long way. You may have people who yell and scream on the phone and I get that. But that’s not me. I work on the phones. I’m genuinely a nice person and just asked for a little bit a help.

  Same as others with phishing emails and bulk mailers offering prices that were not obtainable. All hype and no substance. Shop around and find a reputable insurance company that will meet your needs in time of a crisis or need. They use Drones and AI to do the work and don't even send out a human person to do an inspection.

  These folks are deceptive. Don't work with them or call them. The quote I received in the mail was about 50% less than what the real quote ended up to be. The agent I talked to admitted that the quote I received in the mail is not real and is just used as a marketing tactic. Totally deceptive business practice. Use a different company.

  They sent phishing mails with price that they won't come any closer to. Estimated premium in mail - $915, while the best they can only come up with is something over $3,000 for a rental. Please stop wasting my time
