The manager (Dave I think) at this location is the absolute worst! Poor attitude and a know it all. I knew better than to come back here. He always wants to see what’s in your box. Doesn’t just ask you if you will acknowledge that you are not shipping dangerous goods, he wants to inspect inside your package. It’s a freaking baby gift! Socks! He still must see inside your box to make sure. Total control freak. Yeah, I shouldn’t have but I did…lost my composure and cussed him out then left. Every time I ship there he does this. It’s too invasive. So, I left and found better customer service at another store who simply asked if I were shipping dangerous goods. I acknowledged NO. And we completed the transaction. Dave, you were not meant for customer service. I unpacked the darn box and shoved the socks about 2 inches from his nose so he could inspect to make sure they weren’t dangerous. Geez! I was rude right back and I apologize for that. Ok, done venting. God Bless!

Worst service ever, I always ship with fedex but the old white man that is always working here has a really bad attitude and seems like he didn’t want to help with my shipment. Really bad customer service and a lot of waiting time.

I had a problem with a printing order. The store representative, John, went out of his way to make it right. He even hand delivered it to my home. Wow! THAT is customer service.
Dropped in at 6:06 today (they close at 6). Their security gate was closed but the young man working the register saw me walk by and opened up to process my (and another gentlemen’s) return after hours. Very pleasant to see a company go above and beyond. I would have probably left myself standing there!
