  What made my experience top tier here was the service provided at the front counter by mister Isaiah, his service is the reason I will keep coming to this location.

  The best food item Wingstop had were the fries. The new frozen fries that have are disgusting.

  This place is consistently missing items from orders and they expect you to return to the store in order to pick up what was missed. They would not replace the entire order but wanted the rest of the food we ordered to be cold. It seems that the consequence for their mistake is on me rather than on them, which is why I now have to take wingstop out of my options for eating in The Colony. The staff is extremely rude and called me a liar when I told them that the order was not right. I am attempting to reach out to wings165 LLC and see if the franchise owner will be able to do anything about the service in their store.

  Came in today for lunch on a whim! Fast service and the food was perfectly cooked. Loved the new flavor for the wings! The manager David was helping up front and was very pleasant! Restaurant was very well taken care of.

  Get a chicken sandwich delivered that only covers a third of the bun didn't even have meat that was 1/4 in. thick and so tough on one side of the slicer of meat that I couldn't even pull apart to feed to the dogs. Absolutely unexceptable in no world especially for the cost. And sending that poor quality out for delivery is a complete disgrace. Poor quality service, poor quality meat, and high prices. Couldn't not leave a review for people if management cares so little to send out uneatable product. Couldn't figure out how to.provide pictures but I.have them if management would care to see the product your serving the public.
