  everytime i come i always feel so welcome, the cashiers are the sweetest! they always treat me with respect and are just the most welcoming. and the good always hits, i always come to this wingstop from lewisville bc it’s just tooo good!!!!

  Not the best service. A lady making food behind the counter greeted me when I walked in but took a bit to assist me with my order. I told her that I had a p/u and my name. She never said if my order was ready or not. She just went back to what she was doing when I walked in. As I stood there waiting, 2 separate customers came inside, she helped them happily and immediately with their p/u orders. As I'm still waiting, finally my order was ready and as she handed me my order. No thanks for waiting, have a nice day, nothing. Instead she stood there waiting for me to say something and when I said thank you, she said nothing back. Terrible customer service. Also, the wings appeared and tasted under cooked. I won't ever go back.

  I just ordered from wingstop in the colony through door dash and all I gotta say is I’ve never really had an issue with them until today. They gave me SUPER expired sweet tea. Some people may think this is stupid to report but wingstop is supposed to change out their sweet tea containers DAILY. This was a huge concern for ME because I’m pregnant so I could’ve easily gotten food poisoning or got super sick if I didn’t know any better. Ai support doesn’t help or give you e refund so not only did I waste my money, I also have no drink and could’ve gotten sick.
