  When we went here, there were only a couple in front of us. There were 2 black workers, 1 male and female. Both of them were chatting with the people infront of us instead of actually working. The female worker made 2 sandwiches for the people infront of us, and left it there as they went and continued chatting. We waited for a while and eventually left. We had no problem waiting if they were busy or if there was only 1 person working, however they didn’t even acknowledge us. We haven’t really tried the food to say anything about, however we were dissatisfied with the service.

  As an employee of the store I expect much better quality of service and training than what I have gotten for the past couple of weeks. I consistently get sandwiches that are falling apart and out of the bag/wrapper. I am never confident with who is making my sandwich because I can see it falling apart before it’s bagged and wrapped. Today it was so bad that one of the subway workers asked if I knew how long to put the sandwich in the oven and what buttons to push. It was embarrassing for myself and the other subway workers. I have seen new staff and it seems like the training is sub par. Will most likely go across the street where I know there is consistency.

  Suddenly, in the middle of a pandemic, the seating is too close. They used to be mindful of the 6ft distance between chairs/tables, but things have changed for no apparent reason. Food is good, but won't go back if it's crowded.

  For some reason the employees do not know that road to g the sub doesn't heat up the meat on the sandwich. Sandwich artists ...... Not likely. Just about every table was dirty and two cltrash cans were overflowing with trash. You would figure Nebraska furniture Mart would tell them to clean up their area.
