I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent experience during a visit with my husband. While the employee who initially took my order was polite and helpful, the experience changed during the second part of the ordering process.
The employee preparing my sandwich avoided eye contact and appeared disengaged, which made the interaction uncomfortable. When I requested fresh jalapeños instead of older ones, her response felt dismissive and was delivered with an attitude that did not reflect good customer service.
At checkout, my husband and I had different items on our sandwiches. Although stickers were placed on each sandwich, no explanation was given as to which sandwich belonged to whom. When I asked for clarification, the employee responded with “I don’t know,” in a rude tone.
Overall, the lack of communication and unprofessional attitude negatively impacted what should have been a straightforward experience. I wanted to bring this to your attention in hopes that it can be addressed to improve future customer interactions.
Way expensive than other subways, I got 6” sandwich meal for $14.50. Never go back

As busy as this Subway gets as it’s in the Nebraska Furniture Mart the staff are still very nice and quick. Management is where it shines though. The manager Rachel, makes her way around the tables making sure guests are okay and everything is clean and drinks are filled. Makes lunch that much better after spending too much in NFM. Thanks Rachel! Can’t wait to go back.
