  I spent a whole hour in here trying to port my # in . He was no help at all . His attitude and demeanor since I walked in the store was as if he didn’t want to assist . He just kept saying and repeating the same thing over and over. I had to make him even reprocess and try again ! Before I left out he kept saying go to AT&T they could help but what’s the point of going to AT&T if they are saying the same thing over the line and in chat that I don’t have a Transfer Pin . The worst experience ever ! I went to another Cricket and in less than 5 - 10 minutes my number was ported over.

  Terrible service, these guys try to get your money out, if you want to solve a problem with your phone they don't help you and they only try to sell you another one, if you try to buy something they give you a price and then they raise it, you try to ask these prices and they don't know how to explain what they charge you, it's definitely a bad decision to come here.
