  Michele Willams was awesome my son car dealership was asking so many requirements for him to keep his car. I know we call Michele about 6 times concerning get him insurance for his car, and went to working get a great deal and insurance same day l, we appreciate Michele and Allstate, for great representatives that actually care. Awesome Job!

  Michelle did an amazing job and I could not have been happier. She walked me through things I didn't know, and makes me happy to be with her firm and All State. I cannot give her a higher recommendation. Five stars isn't enough.

  Jayson was extremely helpful and knowledgeable….he helped me make the right choices for me. He was patient and he explained all of the coverages and my options…..and he saved me $1000!!!!!! Can’t beat that!

  I've had nothing but great experiences with this office. The staff are always genuinely committed to helping and providing great service, even on the most complex tasks. Kendra Heath was a huge help with my recent policy changes, taking my input into consideration and ensuring I got exactly what I needed.

  To be honest this all started with a negative experience which turned into a great one. We had all of our policies with this location and most were coming up for renewal. We started to receive renewal notices, some with large increases, with no communication from our contact person. I sent an email expressing my displeaure, to who I thought was my advocate, and copied another contact that had been involved before asking for a full review of my portfolio as these are real dollars. Kendra replied immediately and set up a comprehensive review for the next available business day. The result is massive savings, much better customer care, and we are now introducing her to my mother in law as she needs a good/honest person to help her wrangle things.
