  Rico was absolutely amazing and patient. I needed my windshield wiper changed and he took his time to find the exact match and installed it. He definitely has a new customer.

  Long story. I will start by saying I have no loyalty to either of the three major stores in my area. AutoZone O’Reilly Advance auto parts. They usually balls down to which one is in stock for me to go to the store. It is currently Sunday morning. I got up this morning after changing my blower motor in my truck realized that the blower motor resistor was out so I had to buy a new one I happen to be getting gas across the street at QT so I stopped in to pick up the part online it listed that they had the part in stock and then it was only $42.Dollars other stores had them for $32 but I was right there so who cares about the 10 bucks right after going inside and finding out that they had the right part he rang me up and told me that it was $62. I was kind of taking back by this because it was only a $40 part. I asked him why so much I started to pull out my phone. He told me that the price online was different from the price inside the store. I asked if they price matched their own prices on their website he said no he said the only way that I can get that price is if I were to pay for the part online wait 30 minutes and then he can give me my part. Seriously? This is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever seen at one of these parts stores. I will do my best to let everyone know about this practice and you’re my best to ever step foot in that store again or any of the other ones.
