  Theft. This location took my money through app delivery from Wingstop and my order was not delivered. I spoke to the manager and was promised a refund in 3 to 5 business days and that has passed. I even called to remind her 2 days after the incident. I called customer service today and found the refund was never sent. Now I am to wait to see in 3 to 5 days if I will receive it this time. This business does not care about their customers. They do not fix their mistakes. This is simply theft. Someone should be held accountable. I looked this mishap from this business up online and was shocked to see this is a constant situation people find themselves in here. Next step is to call my bank. What a disgrace these people are. Update...They left this automated reply below to act as if they are concerned and want to do better. They dont. I filled out there questionare on their cheap site and no reply. This is whats wrong with their business model and all employees conected to it. Take your money to someone who deserves you and will appreciate you as a customer.

  Probably the best wing stop I've had. Ordered 10pc garlic parm & Cajun, chicken was CRISPY and they tossed it in all the sauce. Got Voodoo fries and those were awesome too.

  My wings were too crispy and overcooked. My fries were not fresh and they forgot my ranch dressing. I love wings top but this time I was highly disappointed

  I went on 7/18, walked in to gwt my order that i “thought” i placws tk pick up when we realized i for got to veeify the order and it did not go through. I then verified it and a young man told me he then got it and would get it done. I then went to wait in my truck thinking it would be long and it actually was very quick. I went back in within 10 min and that young man brought my food right to me. Quick service, very sweet employees and great service
