Purposely do not answer the phone very unprofessional

I called the store to cancel my order immediately after placing it through the Subway app. The manager answered, told me she “doesn’t do cancellations,” and hung up on me—even though the order had not been prepared and only one minute had passed.
I called back four more times, and no one answered.
This shows two things:
1. She lied about not being able to cancel the order.
2. They were intentionally ignoring the phone.
Lying to a customer and refusing to answer calls is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. This happened on May 24th at 6:30 pm.
