  I like this one on 25th Street; they really take their time and don't just throw a sandwich together.

  I placed an online order and sent my son to get it. He came home with a 6" when I ordered a footlong. I took it back personally and asked if I could get my footlong after a couple younger employess acted like they had no clue what I was talking about they got an older Hispanic lady with glasses from the back. She came out and was helpful at first but when I asked for extra pickles after she put about 6 on the footlong she said she couldn't put any more pickles on my sandwich. I said I paid for it online and I want more pickles. She literally put 1 pickle on one side of the sandwich. I asked for more she refused at first but put 2 more on. She then proceeded to wrap my sandwich without the oil and salt pepper I originally places the order with.I reminded her I wanted Salt and pepper and oil and she showed me the salt and pepper said it's mixed and put it back and grabbed the vinegar and oil, I told her twice no, vinegar please she proceeded with it anyway so I yelled no vinegar and she told me I didn't have to yell and I explained I only did it because she didn't hear me the first two times. She then started to yell at me and I asked if I could just get my sandwich reached to get it and she grabbed it and squeezed it really hard trying to pull it away from me. I've never had this bad of an experience at Subway even though I've had a few bad ones at this particular location. If you don't have to go here, don't. They are very unprofessional and very rude. I could not believe the manager tried to snatch my sandwich I paid for back from me.
