  I had a bad experience with a manager named Erika but she was just filling in at the location on Richmond rd. She was very rude so the real store manager called me and apologized to me and understand what I was coming from we always go to that location when craving wings never experience bad service until we called to fix a mistake we did and Erika was very rude but the store manager Kanisha was very nice and recommend to eat at that location.

  Cashier was rude, blue cheese lid wasn't on all the way and spilled put in bag.

  I ordered through doordash & recieved a completely different meal, I called the store and the manager was so rude about it telling me theres nothing she csn do about it..basically it is what it is. mind you my name was on the bag when it arrived so it was not doordash’s fault !!!

  Refused to sell me a six piece of wings. Dude said he couldn’t do it which blew my mind. What restaurant would refuse to sell you their products? The wings are awesome but terrible service. Order everything Togo thru a different company and it’s solid. The store itself is gross. All the tables are nasty just like the floors. Every worker makes it clear that they do not want you there gone so they can close. Which is weird because stay open late and act that way the entire time. Awful experience
