  Would give zero if I could. I live in a rural area and rely on fed ex for delivery’s. The drivers are doing a pitiful job. They take pictures of random houses and say the pkg is delivered. We have a community of largely elderly people who rely of Fed ex for med deliveries and aren’t getting them. Shameful

  They told me I would need to pay to rebox this item, or have the shipper create a new tag to ship this back to them. To clarify I told them this is how the package came to me through their network, and they said I should have refused it?! It arrived fine (you be the judge). I ordered the wrong grass seed and am shipping right back. I added additional tape because the box gets mashed because there is a heavy bag inside. So they said they couldn't ship it out in that condition, but another solution was to have a driver pick it up from my house in the same condition! This is pure genius level thinking! There is absolutely no wonder why A.I. is replacing so many customer service jobs. I just drove to the next FedEx drop-off facility and they had no problem accepting a bow with tape on it. SMH
