  Incompetent!! My wife went into the store 06/14/26 to get a some device help. her service on the device was not working and all she needed was a simple eSIM check. The rep proceeded in and out the back office of the store with her device out of sight and she completely wiped my wife’s entire phone with out her permission what so ever. She proceeded to laugh and smile in my wife’s face attempting to apologize. She had years of documents and photos lost due to inadequate training. There is a multitude of steps to get to the point of erasing someone’s phone and it’s not a mistake easily made. Very disappointed with the service of that store. I understand they are sales and not tech, if she had no true knowledge of the matter at hand let customers know, and not turn a simple issue into a hurtful matter my wife was devastated receiving a factory reset device due to lack of knowledge, and she still had no service after the matter.

  I went to this Cricket store on 4/4/26 to get A unlocked phone switched over to my family plan. I told the salesman what I was wanting to do and he went to work on his computer not saying anything at all. He Told me the price was going to be 48$ to get that done and I said okay I did notice that he scanned A phone but did not think anything of it He signed the notepad and told us we were good to go. I got A text saying thank you for your 48$ payment but did not receive A receipt. When i got my Statement I noticed there was A charge for $107.53 Very confused on why i was getting charged this The lady at the store told me it was because i got A phone witch I didn't and that my phone bill went up because of this promotional phone. I finally got them to send me A receipt and it shows A Edge 2025 phone that i didn't ask for or didn't want and didn't receive. I told the store manager about the incident and she told me she would haft to get her boss to look at the cameras and that they would investigate this incident. 3 days go by I went back to the store and the store manager told me that it would be A week for the investigation to conclude. After the week was over I called and left A message for the store manager to call me. She never called. Two days later I call back and notice my calls are not going through. I used one of my other phones to call the store and the store manager picked up. I asked why she hasn't been returning my calls and why I haven't been informed of anything going on in my situation. She told me she didn't call because she didn't have A update. I asked her why my number was blocked to witch she had no answer and she told me she would keep me updated. This is not the level of customer support that me nor anyone should haft to go through to try to get A issue resolved of A phone I didn't ask for or want getting charged to me and they cant locate this phone. This has been A struggle just to get information or even figure out who to talk to too resolve this issue above the store manager. I would not recommend this store to anyone and would highly discourage people from using this location so hopefully you wont have the same very bad experience I had.
