  I shop here frequently because my daughter likes the clothes. Yesterday the lady attending me at check out was very rude. She was inpatient with me because my card wasn’t going through , then I said okay let me just do a lay a way order & she huffed under her breath then I said okay never mind let me pay all of it! Then she made a comment to her co worker saying I was making her tired. VERY RUDE. If you tired go home ! Bad customer service. I had bad cellphone service in the store so my payment kept declining that’s it that’s all!

  The quality of clothes has went down. Since the new transition. If it wasn't for the good employees they have I would not even go in there. You can't find a good pair of jeans or shoes and anything else like we use to. The employees deserve a raise and all the praise for making people want to go in there.
