Was a responsible adult and tried paying on time before the late fees. Cricket system went down and I was unable to make a payment, which made it late. Was still responsible for the late fees for attempting to pay on time very helpful representative. Rules are rules.
Im happy that i stopped at this location. Lady inside was very helpful. Got 2 phones at a great price. Thank you!

Today I walked into the store and was not greeted at all. The employee working was on her phone texting the entire time I was there. She handed me the iPad to enter my PIN, and while I was doing that, she stayed on her phone. I actually had to tell her myself when I was done entering the PIN because she wasn’t paying attention.
She was also not informative about what she was doing. She simply looked at the device and said it was locked and that nothing could be done. I informed her that the device was through AT&T and that many AT&T devices are still compatible even if they show as “locked.” I ended up going to another Cricket location, and they connected my device with no issue at all.
Overall, I did not feel welcomed, and her tone and customer service were unprofessional.
